Check Imaging

With Check Imaging, your monthly statement contains digital images of your checks in numerical order.  Above each check image, in larger print, is the check number, check amount and the date it was posted to your account, making balancing your statement each month quick and easy.  Check images are valid proof of payment for any legal obligation, including the Internal Revenue Service. 

CD-Rom Statements

Utilizing OnBase software, you receive a CD each month, which contains your bank statement, check images and optional account reconciliation reports.  When you install the CD on your workstation, OnBase adds it to the program selection with statements and check images from prior months.  This gives you faster, more convenient access to your account information and provides easy, compact storage of your records.
